Information necessary for invoicing and payment. Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The Tongue Teacher SAS does not store any banking data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creation and management of the practitioner account, provision of the Services \u2013 legal basis: performance of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Issuing invoices, accounting retention \u2013 legal basis: legal obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Access management, IP tracking, abuse prevention \u2013 legal basis: legitimate interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Analysis of usage and feature optimization \u2013 legal basis: legitimate interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sending information, updates, and newsletters \u2013 legal basis: consent (opt-in).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These data are used to allow the practitioner to use the platform according to their preferences and defined settings.

Retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and deleted within twelve (12) months after termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
